Inter midfielder Amantino Mancini is becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of playing time he is getting under Jose Mourinho, and he is unhappy about it.
The €12.5 million summer signing from Roma has failed to shine in the Nerazzurri shirt this term. He has been blowing hot and cold for most of the season as inconsistency and a lack of regular football have cast a shadow over his abilities.
Reports in both the Italian and French press have triggered suggestions that Olympique Lyonnais are keen on the former Roma star. Sportmediaset claim the Brazilian winger wants out, less than six months after joining the Nerazzurri.
Mancini has now revealed he is fed up of playing second fiddle, leading to speculation that his days at the club are nearing an end.
"I am not happy about this situation," Mancini is quoted as saying on Sportmediaset.it.
"I am not playing enough and, even though I am in a team full of great players, I thought I would be used even more."
Mancini's current deal expires in 2012, but it seems as if he will not be playing for Inter until then following his latest revelations.
Lyon are likely to jump in and make an offer for the out of sorts player.
