Seydou Keita Worried By Tough Tackling Against Barcelona

Barcelona midfielder Seydou Keita has admitted to AS today that he is concerned by the rough tactics some teams are using against his side, and is especially worried about one young Argentine.

"It is not easy for us, most of all for [Lionel] Messi," he began.

"It is not easy to play in these situations of roughness but what I say, not just to Messi, is that we do not react to those who play against us, so that they do not prosper."

The Malian also singled out Messi for individual praise for his excellent form lately, and described Daniel Alves as "the best right-winger in the world".

"Messi is the best player in the world and above all, we should help him to be better this season and to grow in the best possible way," he said.

Much like his Malian compatriot, Freddy Kanouté, who last night revealed a t-shirt declaring his support for Palestine, Keita had some words of encouragement today.

Keita, a known Muslim, declared that it is "important to stop the war", before saying that anyone in any religious should be aware of it, as people know a situation of war.
