Inter Milan captain Javier Zanetti is hoping Jose Mourinho stays at the San Siro next season.
Mourinho has been linked with a move away from Inter at the end of the season with Real Madrid credited with an interest in his services.
A return to England has also been mooted for the former Chelsea chief, but Zanetti is hopeful the Portuguese will remain at Inter
"Mourinho has done a great job in his two seasons in charge," said Zanetti.
"I hope he remains because he is a great coach.
"I believe he will stay although it is a personal decision.
"For the time being, the coach is focused on the two finals.
"Then he will meet the president (Massimo Moratti) and will make a decision."
Mourinho's Inter are on course to claim a treble with a win on Sunday against Siena clinching the Serie A title, a place in the Champions League final to look forward to and they have already lifted the Coppa Italia.
