Valencia have confirmed that coach Unai Emery has agreed a contract extension at the Mestalla.
The details of the new deal have not been disclosed but the club have confirmed he will sign an extension as his current contract was due to expire a the end of the season.
Emery has guided Los Che to a third-place finish in La Liga this term, although his side are some way off the top two of Barcelona and Real Madrid.
The 38-year-old Spaniard will therefore lead his side into the UEFA Champions League next year, and he has been rewarded with a new deal.
Valencia have confirmed they will hold a press conference on Thursday night when the former Almeria manager's contract will be revealed.
