With Soriano's paying the remainding €65.4m to secure a majority stake, former president Juan Soler is now out of the picture.
The new chief shareholder and current president said, "We have carriedo ut a purchase option that we prepared at the time.
"Now this institution is able to work properly and smoothly. This represents peace and quiet."
With this in mind, Soriano, who has beaten Juan Villalonga in a power struggle, is now looking ahead to the new stadium project in Valencia.
"We're close to conducting two operations - exploiting the commercial area of the new stadium and sale of the parcels of land of the Mestalla. We'll do it soon," he said.
