Aguirre: Agüero Is Not 100%

Atlético Madrid have been one of the most impressive teams in La Liga so far this season and the main reason behind their success has arguably been Sergio Agüero.

The young Argentine has been simply brilliant upfront and he looks set to play against Sevilla this Sunday even though coach Javier Aguirre admits it is not ideal after playing on Wednesday night too.

"He is going to play for ninety minutes, although if there is a chance to give him a rest then I will do it," he explained, "He is not at 100% but a lot depends on how the game goes."

Whilst Agüero will play Aguirre is without a few others players due to injuries and he acknowledges that whilst their home form has been great so far this season it cannot continue with 4-0 thrashings.

"We know that we cannot win every game 4-0 and that Sevilla are a great team so we want to play well and with the intention to win."

"We have a lot of respect for them and it will be a difficult game but we will of course try to win," he concluded.
