The Badajoz-born right-back put in a fine shift against Espanyol in Geta's 1-1 draw at the weekend, but he knows that Atlético Madrid will provide a tougher proposition at the weekend, not least due to the presence of Agüero.
"You have to have a good game and he a bad one to do well," he said.
"But we need to think more collectively and not just talk of one player. They have one of the best squads in the league so we can't highlight just one man.
"They have an incredible squad. El Kun is slightly above the rest, but they still have the squad to resolve any match."
The ex-Mallorca man stated that both sides are in "a good moment", not least due to Getafe's unbeaten status, but knows that the rojiblancos have the upper hand on head-to-head.
"It's my third year here and in that time we haven't beaten Atlético," he said.
"We've had our chances but we've never quite pulled it off.
"We know that they have beaten Málaga and Recreativo, and against PSV they were amazing. So we have to pay attention to them defensively - not just the goalie and the back four. That doesn't mean we'll throw everything backwards - to do that is to risk everything, especially against teams like these."
