Cristiano Ronaldo has handed Real Madrid a fitness fillip after returning to training for the first time since late September.
The Portuguese forward has been sidelined since suffering an ankle injury against Marseille in the UEFA Champions League on 30th September.
Ronaldo was put through his paces at Real's Valdebebas training complex, taking part in some ball work.
His injury became the subject of controversy earlier this month when Portugal tried to call him up for duty in their World Cup qualification play-off with Bosnia-Herzegovina.
The player ultimately remained with Real, while Portugal won the first leg of the play-off without him.
