Real Betis have finally kicked into life after a slow start to the season and hence it is no surprise that owner, Manuel Ruiz de Lopera, is pleased with how things are going.
Speaking to AS today the 64-year old says that now the side is winning, everyone is a lot happier.
"Now everyone is happy in Andalucia," he said.
"It is all looking good and the team are starting to win games. When everyone is fit then everything comes together - the signings, the results, everyone is happy, and that is shown on the faces of the players. It is excellent..."
There is no doubt that summer signings have been the key to the success for Betis this season, with Achille Emana looking a particularly good buy now he is in form.
Despite hints from coach Paco Chaparro that they would be opening their wallet again in January though, Lopera remained a little more coy on the subject.
"The coach and I speak of many things each day and he knows that we have already spent a great deal of money to get players like Emana, Sergio García, Mehmet Aurelio, Juanma and Nelson," he declared.
