Sevilla manager Manolo Jimenez has played down reports linking Diego Perotti with a move to Arsenal.
The 21-year-old midfielder has put in a string of impressive performances for Sevilla so far this season and reports suggest he could be on his way to the Emirates Stadium.
The Argentina international has also been linked with a move to Primera Division rivals Real Madrid, who are four points above Sevilla in the league table.
Jimenez is untroubled about the speculation, and insists that Perotti is fully focused on the job at hand at Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan.
He said: "It's not worrying, the player is training as normal and he is only thinking of Sevilla at the moment.
"That said, what will be, will be. You can't control these external factors."
Perotti only joined the Andalucians in 2007 but his good form this season has propelled them into a strong position in La Liga.
Sevilla take on Rangers in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday with qualification already assured, although they will be missing a number of players.
A win against the Gers will secure top spot in Group G with Romanian side Unirea Urziceni their only potential rivals.
