Sevilla midfielder Adriano will be out of action for at least one month after suffering a torn hamstring in midweek.
The left-sided player was forced off with the hamstring injury during his side's 3-1 UEFA Champions League victory over Stuttgart in Germany.
A subsequent scan revealed the true extent of the problem and the Brazilian now becomes the latest player to be added to Sevilla's injury list.
Adriano is likely to miss the return clash against Stuttgart and the trip to Unirea Urziceni, as well as a number of La Liga contests.
