Player Ratings: Barcelona 2-3 Real Mallorca

BARCELONA

Pinto 5 - It would be churlish to say that he could not have stopped any of the goals because of the poor defending, but he was ultimately responsible.

Zambrotta 5 - Did little to impress on what will be his final home game for Barça and when he went off there was not big ovation.

Abidal 4.5 - Stood off Güiza in the last moments and allowed the striker to turn and slide the ball where he wanted to win the game.

Puyol 6 - Had a relatively quiet game until midway through the second half when he suddenly found that he was the only one at the back trying.

Thuram 5 - Could have used his experience to much greater affect. His lack of pace was not shown up often, but when it was it almost caused problems.

Touré 6.5 - Tired in the second half and it was curious to see that he was not replaced as usual despite suffering from a back problem.

Edmílson 4 - He looked annoyed when being sent off, but it was deserved and he was not even given a ripple of applause in his final home game.

Deco 5 - Did what he could in very difficult circumstances. Having been jeered from the start, he was substituted at the break and he may have asked to be.

Messi 6.5 - Showed glimpses of his ability, but nowhere near enough and looked slightly fed up before sloping off to be replaced.

Henry 7 - Barça's best player. His goal was a trademark shot as he ran on to the ball, but it was also his work rate that impressed.

Eto'o 5.5 - Scored a simple goal, but let the fans affect him and that put paid to him finding a winner in the closing minutes.
