Real Sociedad Chief: There's Much More Bribery Evidence

Bribery seems to be on the agenda in Spain at the moment, and today the president of Real Sociedad - the man who unveiled the allegations, Iñaki Badiola - declared there is still a lot more to come.

Badiola was recorded speaking to former Tenerife player, Jesuli, about bribery in a match between Málaga and Tenerife, and today he told AS that the recording is just a slice of the evidence.

"That is 10% of what there is, the rest of it we will show when we want and we will do what we did with it last Tuesday," he declared.

"From here we will do the same thing until it goes to the District Attorney's Office for Anticorruption.

"There must be zero tolerance with the buying of games."

With respect to Jesuli the president said that he wanted to 'show maximum support to a player who is taking it badly, and who took a step to denounce this.'

He also spoke about the player in tones that suggested he was pleased with the revelations he has made.

"Surely if any of us had done the same thing then we would be feeling the same pressures as this man, especially when he did everything [the confession] without any reward," he mused.

"It is the same to me if you believe him or not, either way it is equal to me."
