Experienced midfielder Guti has confirmed he is ready to return to the Real Madrid team if he is needed by coach Manuel Pellegrini.
Guti has not featured for Real since the club's humiliating 4-0 defeat by third division club Alcorcon in the Copa del Rey in late October.
Reports have claimed that the 33-year-old fell out with Real coach Pellegrini during the game, while he has also been hit by ankle and thigh injuries.
However, Guti trained with the rest of his team-mates on Wednesday and is now in contention for his comeback against Mallorca at the weekend.
Guti said: "I am ready if Pellegrini wants me."
