Sevilla president Jose Maria del Nido insists they have no plans to sell star striker Luis Fabiano to AC Milan this summer.
The 29-year-old is reportedly a target for the Serie A giants, with Rossoneri vice-president Adriano Galliani having hinted at a summer swoop for the Brazil international.
Sevilla's top scorer finished the La Liga season with 15 goals from 18 starts and he has continued to impress at the World Cup, scoring twice in Brazil's 3-1 win over Ivory Coast on Sunday.
But rather than looking to cash in on their prize asset, Del Nido has confirmed Sevilla are aiming to agree a new deal with Fabiano.
"We are negotiating with the player for the renewal of his contract," he told La Repubblica .

The former Porto striker has one year on his current contract at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan but indicated last month he would be open to a move to Milan should they revive the interest they showed in him last summer.
Fabiano has now scored 27 goals in 40 internationals and would link up with compatriots Alexandre Pato, Ronaldinho, Thiago Silva and Dida at the San Siro.
