Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has admitted he expects Simon Kjaer and Edinson Cavani to leave the club this summer.
Kjaer, 21, already had a host of admirers and the centre-back has continued to impress at the World Cup with Denmark.
Inter Milan are thought to have joined the race for Kjaer although Zamparini insists there has been no contact from the Italian champions.
"They haven't called me, so I don't know," he told GR Parlamento.
"But I know of contacts with the two Manchester clubs, Tottenham and Wolfsburg.
"In my opinion, when some offers come in for a player, he must leave.
Kjaer offers"There are a couple of offers important enough which we are discussing, then I'll discuss with the player.
"I also need to seek a replacement. Kjaer's valuation is 15-20million euros and that figure is important to us."
Uruguay striker Cavani, meanwhile, has expressed his desire to move on after three years with Palermo and given their attacking options, Zamparini insist they are happy to grant the 23-year-old's wish.
"He is on the market because he wants that," Zamparini added. "He wants to go to another club and we don't hold back anyone.
"We are dealing with it. We'll see how it will end. In attack, we have four players, but I think Kjaer and Cavani will leave."
Real Madrid bid
However, Zamparini insists the club are in no rush to cash in on Argentinian midfielder Javier Pastore.
Zamparini claims he has already turned down a bumper offer from Real Madrid for the 21-year-old, who made his senior international debut in May and was named in Argentina's final World Cup squad.
But Palermo are keen to hang on to Pastore as they believe his value will only increase.
"A month ago I received an offer for him from Real Madrid for 25million euros," Zamparini added.
"I refused and I hope that Pastore remains with us at least two more years.
"In the future, it will be difficult to keep him in Palermo, but now is not the time to sell for any price. Next year he will be worth 50million euros."
