Sidney Govou's agent has revealed that Sevilla are one of several clubs tracking the Lyon striker.
Govou stunned Lyon earlier this month by declaring his intention to leave the club at the end of the season when his contract expires.
A number of clubs have been linked with the France international and Sevilla are reported to be leading the chase.
Govou's agent Frederic Guerra insists there are a number of options open to his client as interest continues to build.
"Sevilla is one of the teams interested in Govou, but there is absolutely no definitive agreement," Guerra told calciomercato.it .
"His contract is expiring and many clubs are following him, so all options remain standing."
Italy interestGuerra claims Italy is another possible destination for 30-year-old Govou, who has spent his entire career with Lyon.
He said: "Fiorentina, Genoa or Roma? The name of Sidney is on the note book of some good teams in Serie A.
"But at the moment these are not official contacts."
