Robben Crushed By Sneijder Injury

Robben told Setantasports.com that his countryman was foremost in his thoughts after he was taken off injured during a 1-0 defeat to Arsenal.

Amidst fears that Sneijder could be out for six months with a cruciate ligament injury, Robben said, "We have to wait and see, it looks very bad which is very disappointing.

"I mean he is a great player, a great person and we have to wait and see.

"Tomorrow he will have a scan and we hope for the best."

The former Chelsea ace could soon have a new Dutch teammate in the form of Rafael van der Vaart, but transfer concerns were not on the agenda today.

"I don’t want to speak about this [Van der Vaart]," he continued.

"We only have to speak about Wesley, it is very disappointing for him and very sad news and we cannot speak about other players now.”
