Helguera: Supercopa Is A "50%" Game

The former Real Madrid man will go head to head with his former club on Sunday, but he doesn't anticipate a rip-roaring performance.

"This team lacks a bit of pace," he said as Valencia's pre-season continued.

"We'll move more slowly, but we'll be strong.

"We don't know who's better or worse, though. I think it's 50%: we've played fewer games which means less rhythm, but we can't say who's on top."

Looking at the transfer market, he commented on the future of teammate David Silva: "He's a great person, just as David Villa and Javier Arizmendi are.

"We know that Silva and Villa are two great players who could potentially leave, but we hope that they'll stay as they are part of Valencia."
