Brazilian striker Ricardo Oliveira is set to clinch a move to United Arab Emirates outfit Al-Jazira.
The former AC Milan player, who is co-owned by Real Zaragoza and Real Betis, confirmed he has agreed to the switch after both clubs accepted a bid totaling around €15 million.
"After considering my family, I have decided to accept this opportunity," the 29 year old told AS .
"Leaving La Liga is difficult but this move is very important for me. Zaragoza and Betis had also pushed for this deal to go through so everyone will benefit from this.
"I hope the Betis supporters will understand my perspective."
Oliveira spent last season on loan at Betis from Zaragoza and recently stated he was happy to stay at the club despite their relegation from the Primera Division.
Italian side Lazio were reportedly keen on signing the player at the start of the month, but Oliveira rejected their overtures.
